I was very pleased with I-V-Lee service. Considering that my carpet is 13 years old, it looks almost new! They assessed my carpet first and then treated and cleaned it. They spent quality time on making sure that the best service was achieved. And to top it off, they were very neat! Mr. Washburn was very kind and very knowledgeable.
